In collaboration with the members of the Comité de travail national sur les pères et la séparation conjugale, RVP has drafted a set of proposals to help fathers be more present with their children and have a better co-parenting experience during marital separation. This set of proposals, based on the most recent scientific knowledge about fathers during the marital separation period, contains 12 practical strategies to achieve this goal. The document includes proposals on the administration of justice, family mediation, family law reform, collaborative law, training of legal personnel, community resources and the public network, workplaces, research, and societal promotion.
